WARRANTY POLICY for NON-PDM60 PRODUCTS
We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of one year from the date of manufacture. This warranty covers parts and our labor for those parts to be replaced or repaired at a service facility we designate. Batteries are not covered.
In order to obtain service or repair under terms of our warranty, you should contact us by phone or email. We will provide specific directions and issue an RMA number if needed. You will incur the expense of shipment to our facility. We will pay shipping costs to return the product to you if the problem is covered under the warranty.
If we determine the problem is covered under warranty, we will either repair or replace the product. We are not responsible for, nor will we reimburse, any expense for labor to remove or reinstall any product.
The warranty is voided by customer abuse, accidental damage, modifications, removal of tamper seals, acts of God and similar events.
Warranty claims from customers located outside of the CONUS should contact us for specific return provisions.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
