Rowe offers metal CNC machining that meets any complex design specifications. It encompasses turning, milling, drilling and tapping for a variety of metal or plastic materials. With our machinery, we can custom manufacture parts of the highest quality to meet your demands. We can produce parts of various materials using the latest precision design software, super precision measurement equipment and high-precision machining centers (tolerances of +/- 0.0001).
We analyze your design and accommodate any special fixturing and machining strategies used to produce your parts at a very reasonable cost. We can do secondary operations like anodizing, painting, powder coating, sand blasting and polishing.
We are well versed in working with a variety of materials. We have provided material consultation for a variety of projects.
Rowe’s turning capabilities include state-of-the-art equipment including CNC lathes designed for “long and skinny” parts, typically greater than 3:1 length to diameter ratio or larger. Rowe offers a variety of equipment to produce the best results for each project. We offer bar capacity from 1/8” to 2” diameter including chucking capabilities up to 8”.
